1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TechStep Foundation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Course Access and Content

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the SOC Analyst Foundations course content. Access is granted for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Payment terms vary by plan selected:

• Full Payment: One-time charge of $2,849
• Monthly Plan: $750 down payment + $375/month for 6 months

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@techstepfoundation.org.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TechStep Foundation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechStep Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
